My partner and I have been together for 11 years, and he finally decided it was time! He wanted to make sure I would get my dream ring, so we decided to go with Engage Studio. We loved working with Madeline. It never felt like a sales pitch, and she was always welcoming, attentive, and transparent throughout the entire process. Designing a custom ring felt surprisingly easy and fun. I especially appreciated her patience with my many, many questions! She always took our concerns seriously and made sure the rendering was exactly what we wanted before moving forward. My partner proposed to me at the Montreal Botanical Gardens. I said yes before I even looked at the ring! When I finally looked down, I was blown away. It was absolutely beautiful and somehow turned out even better than we imagined. The craftsmanship is stunning. 11 years was worth the wait! For anyone wondering, the custom design process only took 2-3 months for us. We’re pretty decisive people so it could take longer for others. We’re already looking forward to coming back to design our wedding bands with Madeline. Thank you for helping create a ring I will treasure forever. 10/10!
