Mariam’s family has been manufacturing jewelry for decades and Ji was a client of theirs. During a sales meeting (that ended up having nothing to do with sales), Ji and Mariam exchanged numbers. Not at all. Most clients come in with a photo they saved or a vague sense of what they like. That’s plenty. That’s why our consultation is designed to help you discover what you want. Yes. We work with the full range—sapphires, moissanite, emeralds, rubies, alexandrite, moss agate, and many more. If your partner has a specific stone in mind, or you want something beyond the traditional diamond, we’ll source it and design around it. Explore moissanite as an alternative →
No—we have a fully equipped virtual studio with professional cameras, so you can go through the entire process remotely. Many clients outside Toronto (and even outside Canada) have built their ring with us entirely online. If you’re local, you’re also welcome to do a mix of in-person and virtual. That’s exactly what the style discovery stage of our process is for. But if you want to start exploring before your consultation, our blog covers everything from the difference between lab-grown and moissanites to setting styles, metal types, and what’s trending. Start there, come in with ideas, and we’ll refine it together.
Before your final ring is made, we 3D-print a physical resin replica of your exact design. You can try it on, check the fit, feel the proportions, and request any final adjustments—all before a single piece of metal is cast.
