A tricked dinner date in downtown Toronto turned into a road trip to Montreal to see Gillian’s grandfather, and get his blessing, along with her parent’s blessings. The love stages that Lendyl had arranged included everything, from brunch with her grandfather, lovely afternoon tea, to a romantic dinner, which was followed by the proposal at the Montreal Botanical Gardens, and ended with a relaxing couples massage before they journeyed back home to celebrate with their friends and families. The two plan to get married on their 9th year dating anniversary.
