Mariam’s family has been manufacturing jewelry for decades and Ji was a client of theirs. During a sales meeting (that ended up having nothing to do with sales), Ji and Mariam exchanged numbers. Things progressed quickly with the two tying the knot a year later. Mariam joined the retail operation at Engage while her family still handles all the manufacturing.
